On Sunday, August 29th, at 7:00 p.m., St. Catherine of Siena will hold a Holy Hour in remembrance of those who died and who are still suffering from the tragedies of Katrina, the storms that have followed, and all who are suffering from the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. During the course of the service, there will be readings, a homily, the recitation of the rosary, and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. All members of our parish and other parishes and those of other faiths, who wish to attend, are invited. We will pray for the continued intercession of Our Lady of Prompt Succor during this hurricane season and for the victims of the oil spill.
